Took my son for a haircut checked in online first available said 26 minutes wait. After we arrived said 10 minute wait. After watching 2 people walk in after us that were regulars with longer wait times go in front of us I finally had to leave after 1 hour to get my other child. Being a new client doesn't mean it is okay to act as if your last minute regulars are more important. We could have been regulars also if we were treated fairly. The kicker was they tried to tell me the 2 people they allowed to cut were before us as if I am too ignorant to read the screen.

Erin did such a great job on my hair. Very nice and personable! Will definitely be requesting Erin again and again!

Sports Clips is most certainly a hidden gem that we're so glad to have found! My husband is so picky about his haircuts ... but Erin does the best job on his hair! He loves getting the VIP treatment as well! Great stylist, clean store and fantastic atmosphere. Watching sports while getting a haircut... Doesn't get any better!
